BAND ARRIVAL
Standard arrival time for either band at an event is 180 minutes prior to the event start time (i.e. 18:00 arrival for a 21:00 start), though this may vary depending on the event. This time will be used to set-up equipment, sound check, change into 'performance' outfits and eat. See section 9 of the T&Cs.
SOUND CHECK
A sound check is essential and normally happens immediately after set-up. Please consider any sound restrictions during this time.
TECHNICAL
Raised staging is preferred but not essential. Please discuss your requirements with us. See section 13.7 of the T&Cs.

REFRESHMENTS & DRESSING ROOM
The client must provide food and refreshments and a secure, comfortable band dressing room. See sections 13.4 & 13.5 of the T&Cs.
